Adetaya Omisakin and the rest of the staff whom we came in contact with was awesome, my only issue was the time it took to unlock the vehicle and get it cleaned up or process was very trying. Maybe you guys need more staff to help process the vehicle for customers which would cut down on the wait time, other than that; the experience was well woth it we went home with a new suv:

I needed a battery and did not trust the typical car parts places to install it correctly, so I called my GO TO - Nalley Honda Service hoping to get either Marty Ellard or Kareem Easely . I brought my car in to get some work done on one of my tires. I noticed a problem afterwards that I brought back up to Nalley to fix. They fixed the problem (gave me a loaner in the meantime) but I noticed there was still something wrong with my tire. I called Nalley back up and they promptly fixed the issue. They did good to address and fix the problem.
