I arrived on time for my appointment. I had to wait to get checked in because my service person wasn't available. Someone else eventually checked me in. I didn't see my service person until the service was completed and she only wanted me to schedule an appointment to get 4 tires an alignment which costs over $800. I was visibly upset and told her I just came to get an oil change. I do need to get the tires, but those were the most expensive ones you could get.
