My salesperson was wonderful and I love the car. My only complaint was all the waiting around, but I guess that’s just how it is in car dealerships

My experience at Nalley was awesome. WE was greeted at the door by a gentleman name Andre Dallas in Union City Ga.We was offered coffee and hot chocolate.Very nice people. We already knew what we wanted.It was pouring down raining.I had 2 cars I wanted to see before I made my decision. This man went out to get these cars in the rain so I can see them.I was very pleased.He also went over the features in the car,and he linked my phone to the car,and set up my radio stations. I love my car.Thank you Nalley of Union City.

The staff was polite and helpful. I was able to wait comfortably in the waiting area, where the seating area is socially distanced. The service was quick and they even washed my car. I will definitely go back for service.
