The service advisor, Karim Easley, was very helpful in recommending what is needed now, and what would be needed later on. He has always been courteous and professional with me. His knowledge of the mechanical aspects of my car and how he was able to look-up it's history, to determine the status of Honda Accord's condition, is quite impressive to me. My experience over the last 32 years, using your company as my primary maintenance (and purchasing) provider, has just been exceptional good -- it's as good as a customer could ask for. I look forward to many more years of services provided by Nalley Honda (NOTE: I plan on buying another one from your company within the next couple of months) Thank-you, for your company being there for me.
