I spoke with the Service Manager Kevis Tanner, who gave me some hope of getting the battery problem resolved. He told me to bring my car back in a month for them to take a reading of the battery. He also said there are “Tech Line” - Teams of specialists that trouble shoot difficult problems. Responding to my assertion about the problem of use up my AAA service calls, I understood him to say that if the car requires towing again, he could send a tower for the car.

Service was fast and the employees were nice.
