Pretty good experience, expected a discount for weekday oil change, didn't receive one. Service fast, tech was courteous, nothing wow'd me until he washed my car, then I left satisfied.

Loyal customer but concerned about wait times. Dropped off my vehicle for service decided to leave rathee than wait for it and it took longer than communicated. Seemed like it was delayed when they learned I was coming back for it. The delayed really threw my plans off.
