I came in last min on a Saturday - I needed an oil change and tire rotation - Lee was able to squeeze me in and provide me with details to help with my future visit - Lee made sure I was out in less than 2 hours! Omg I was so impressed he recommended a filter change - and I agreed - he was in point with his recommendations and customer service skills - he did not make me feel pressured to buy any services - He only explained the service recommendations and told me a good timeline for future services! It was super easy. They (Bruce Spradlin) and the Nalley team sent me quote that was very competitive. I had financing, but they got me a better deal with Honda financing. I live in N. Atlanta and almost pulled out because I didn’t want to drive over an hour to the dealership. So they drove the car to me. And I signed the paperwork in my home. Best and most relaxed car buying experience I’ve ever had.
