Keeyata was an awesome customer service representative. It was a busier than I anticipated and they held my vehicle longer than anticipated but, they offered me a free rental so I could go to my previously scheduled appointments and comped my oil change, which was totally unexpected. Keeyata is a true professional and I will definitely be back when work on my car is needed. Thank you.
