Tutt is the Tech who usually assist us with our auto needs. He discusses the problem(s) with the car, what's involved to correct it, the time involved, and the cost. He answers any other questions we may have. He's always courteous and professional.

I was greeted by Lee the service advisor that I had an appointment with promptly. My service was completed in a timely manner. When my car was ready Lee called me to the desk to go over things my car would need in the future. I purchased a service agreement at the time I bought my car. Lee called and found out that of the things that I needed would be covered by the service agreement. I am a widow on a fixed income and this was very important to me,

Shared what the service code meant.Explained that we did not need what another service center suggested the code meant.
