Roslyn was an excellent Honda Rep, and she turned a disappointing experience into a great one. I called last Wednesday to get an estimate on replacing my side mirror that had been taken off by another car while parked. The first rep said a replacement mirror would be ordered and ready by Friday. When I came in Friday, it had not been ordered, and I had to return on Saturday. I was disappointed because I missed work to get it repaired. But Roslyn worked with me, and my insurance company every step of the way. I was in and out on Saturday quicker than I thought, and the side mirror matched the car color. I give her 10 out of 10. She was professional and understandable the entire time. She deserves a raise. The only reason, I didn't give it five stars was because of the delayed order and throwing off my Friday schedule.
