My first service visit was interesting. I made an appointment to get my new car service but my technician was not there so I had to wait for another available service advisor. As a result, I had to wait longer. That was very disappointing to me but my service ended good. My service advisor Sariah was great. Going forward, I will make my appointment with Sariah.
