I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Nalley Honda in Union City. I found the entire staff extremely pleasant and helpful, which is major for customer service during Covid . Lee was the service tech that assisted me today and I will say even though they seemed swamped with customers he made me feel welcomed and taken care of . He was very detailed and seemed to be knowledgeable of all my concerns dealing with my vehicle . I’m new to the Honda family and thanks to my experience today I’ve found a dealership to tend to all my Honda needs !!!

The service rep was wonderful. Knowing I was waiting outside (COVID precaution) she touched base by text a couple of times. You only missed 5 stars because standing in the cold or sitting on a stone bench for over 2 hours is very uncomfortable.

My experience was outstanding, good customer service. And a short wait😁
