Mr. Goins Lee has provided very good and kind service though I did not have an appointment at that time.

The service agent was very helpful. The phone system and the internet reservation systems are lacking severely. Phone system hangs up when transferred and internet reservation never processed and confirmed by internet assistant. Left messages on main system and never received a call back. Received email notifications about missing appt. recommend you investigate. Issue almost resulted in looking at another provider. Been using Nalley for over 20 years and purchased three cars from this location. Again, the service on our car and the service agent was excellent. Any questions call me.

My Service Adviser also informed me of two (2) outstanding recall issues. Those were taken care of, in addition to the regular scheduled service. I appreciate that.
