The problem took additional time to resolve, however I was provided a rental car rather than waiting the additional time

Went to Nalley Honda to get my 2019 Crv-exl for an oil change. I was very impressed how they carry out social distancing in the waiting room. My oil change took about an hour or so. My Service Advisor, Orlando Banks was both friendly and professional. Nalley Honda has been servicing my vehicles since 1999. It gotta be Nalley.
