This process in scheduling the appointment was easy. I dropped my car off the day before my appointment. Karim asked me questions about what my car was doing and when. He made it easy to explain, there are times you hear sounds in your car and others don’t. He sent me the report of the items regarding my car, then I called to address each one of them. I could only get the most needed items done first. He was very helpful and nice.
