Great experience

My experience has always been excellent. Karim is very kind and professional. He always goes the extra mile to explain what is going on with my car.

Had our 2015 CR-V in for its 90K service. Karim, as has been always experienced, provided excellent oversight for care to our car and provided timely and appropriate feedback before, during, and after the service was completed. We drive a longer distance for both of our Honda's service needs when two other dealerships are much closer than the Union City location.
