I am always pleased with the service that I receive from the staff at Nalley Honda in Union City. The service advisor technician greeted me in a friendly manner, always courteous and he let me know how long it would take for my car to have the repairs completed for the free recall notice I received from Honda. My service technician, Karim Easley called me back at home and let me know that my car was ready for pick up. Thanks again for great customer service!
