Service was great!

My result was great. Robert was exceptional, however, he was so busy but when it came my turn, I had his full attention. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. His rating is excellent and I’m happy with Nalley Honda. Just a few notes for your review. It took two and one half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The service people I saw were working their tales off. I do understand the times, profits, furloughs, the virus, etc. The coffee was great but the junk food machines were out of junk so no breakfast for my early appt. That’s a problem everywhere. Social distancing was set up nicely with additional room to separate from others. I’m only there twice a year so by next May maybe life will return to normal. I’m not unhappy but you can compare my experience notes against your standards to determine if they were met. Thanks
