I had to say this the customer service is great they followed up with me in regards to my car while in service while also making sure they are not overselling any extra services the service advisor was courteous and was not pushing me for anything extra beside what I asked for. My service advisor is Mr. Robert Tutt and he always make sure I receive excellent service, and all maintenance issues are taken care of. He’s very professional, proficient, and knowledgeable. He explains everything I need to have done on my van, and why I need it. The maintenance is very good and I have never had to bring my car back due to any issues or concerns about the maintenance on my vehicle; the service tech does an excellent job also.

When I arrived at the dealer ship, I pulled right in and the service manager welcomed me and verified that the recall kit was available. My vehicle was taken into the service area and I went inside to wait. While waiting, I checked my emails and then I dosed off. Karim called me on my cell phone and I informed me that my vehicle was ready. Very smooth service visit. I look forward to my next service appointment.
