I’ve dealt with about a dozen salespeople in the Metro Atlanta area over the past 2 months and Ewal is without a doubt the best of the best. He was the first one I went to and the last one I went to. For over a month, he would respond to my messages every single time, would send me cars that fit my desires, and in the end, ended up working with me in all things to arrive at a deal that would have both of us walking away happy. He was kind, respectful and understanding, never too pushy, and perfectly pleasant to work with. I’d almost even consider him a friend at this point haha. If I ever buy a car, I would do anything to make sure I can buy it through Ewal. Also, because of him, I’m ALWAYS referring people to Nalley Hyundai. Marquise, the manager, was also top notch. He was the only manager that came to speak to me personally in my experience in the past 2 months, and also was determined to help us with any issues, pain points, or overall areas of concern. He was firm, but fair for the most part. He didn’t back down when I would push back, but also knew when and where to give up a little ground with an educated customer. Overall, amazing experience.
