I scheduled an appointment to have my AC Compressor changed out. We hit a snag while my car was in service. Steve was proactive with getting the situation at hand taken care of. The technicians were very helpful in listening to what I had to say about the problem with my car. They checked what the problem was and let me know that they had to order the part in which they did that day. But made it possible for me drive until the part comes in. Excellent customer service.
