My experience was amazing! I had found a Genesis G80 that I really like but I had never purchased a vehicle from a major dealership because the last time I attempted at a Nissan dealership , a car was advertised as $11,000 & when I sat down to do paperwork the total cost was $17,000 with $6,000 in dealer fees & I walked out, burned by dealership. Fast forward to present time, I was hesitant to drive an hour and 30 minutes for my house to see the Genesis that Nalley Hyundai of Lithonia had, I sent an email letting them know what vehicle I was interested in and I immediately got a text message back from Keosha Green And she set me up an appointment for that weekend to come test drive the car. Was super easy & in my way to the dealership, right as I was getting off the exit, She was calling to confirm that I was still coming to see the car. When pulled in, the car was up front with Keosha ready to show me around & we took a the car for test drive. Both me and my husband decided we loved the vehicle& we wanted it. This was a Saturday after 12 o’clock, so of course my bank was closed and I was getting a loan from my personal bank. She went ahead and prepped all of the paperwork to have everything ready for Monday & when my bank opened, we could finalize the purchase. On Monday, my bank did not make it an easy process, but it looked like everything was gonna work out and at the last minute, my bank told me that they would not fund the loan due to the price of the vehicle being a little high for them to fund, So I called back Keosha and notified her, which I was really not happy about and she told me to sit tight & don’t leave the bank, she was going see what she could do for me. Because I’m a pessimist, I thought this isn’t gonna work out and I left, & 20 minutes later, I got a text from Keosha saying that she had just talked to my bank and they had worked out a price to where they would fund the loan and I could buy the car. I was completely blown away by the dedication and the persistence she gave me and making sure I got the car that I wanted. Hands-down, best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle, EVER! Whatever I’m buying a vehicle, I will call Keosha to see what they have on their lot before I go anywhere else.
