My experience was awesome thanks to Brent and Maurice.My intention was not to buy a vehicle.But my 2020 Hyundai Sonata was having too many issues.I have owned several Hyundai’s in the past. So far my Honda Accord is everything I hoped for.

At first, it was a little rocky. I brought it in for scheduled maintenance and got a text saying there were several things that required immediate attention and would cost $600. The car only has 23,000 miles on it. After questioning the specifics, the tech said the $170 repair was actually $100, and two of them did not require immediate attention. So I went ahead with the more important service items. Then Brandon, who was my service tech at the end, walked me out to my car to make sure everything was ok. I asked if they checked the windows, which I requested they look at when I checked in. He said they didn't look, but he assured me he would address it as soon as I had a chance to bring the car back. So after a rocky start, Brandon came through and made it a much more positive experience.
