I always love to bring my car for Mac to work on. He is very thorough with his work and always brings a smile to my face as well. Best of both worlds, great work ethic and knows how to make a customer happy. That boy deserves a raise.

Check in was efficient, wait time can be improved - i think 3 plus hours for a booked service is much too long, but good waiting area with water, snacks etc and i was kept updated on service progress in a timely manner.
