Check in was efficient, wait time can be improved - i think 3 plus hours for a booked service is much too long, but good waiting area with water, snacks etc and i was kept updated on service progress in a timely manner.

Ease of scheduling, courtesy at check-in and check out, kept informed about vehicle.

I dropped my car off because I was working that day. My mom picked me up and brought me back to pick my car up when I got off work, around 6:30. I am a bit upset because I found out later that you all have offer a complimentary pickup and drop off, if it’s close. I wonder why that wasn’t offered to me when I informed you I was needing to drop my vehicle off. Anyway, I appreciate them leaving my vehicle in the front area for me to pick up being that the service department closed at the same time as my job.
