All around great experience & very happy with my purchase

My appointment was 7:00am and my car did not finish until four to five hours and I only got a oil change. They stated I needed a wheel alignment and something else and it took that long and they did not do the wheel alignment because they did not see where I checked it off to be done. I don't understand how they did not see when that was the second thing after the oil change. They had couple more stuff on the list that they stated I needed to be done. I deleted those so if they acknowledge those stuff how they did not get to do the wheel alignment when it goes together so I was very disappointed that I had to reschedule for the wheel alignment.

Service center is very helpful. Prices have increased though. And the salesman harass about trading in my vehicle every time I come. It is now to the point that I get phone calls.
