My visit took longer than expected, but the wait was not terrible and I’m sure they were moving as fast as they could. I wish a technician or my service advisor had spoken to me about the recommended services relating to my car. All I got was a link with some scribbled notes from the technician. The staff passing through the waiting room was extremely kind and they offered so many refreshments and uplifting words as we waited.

The wait time was too long. It was about 4 hours.

I usually drop my car off; but this this I waited and was pleasantly surprised that my wait wasn't long at all.

Joseph Strong was very professional and work very hard to get me out in a decent time for a busy Saturday. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
