At this point, Marquis and (most) of the Nalley team are family. I bought my last car there 4 years ago, helped my sister get a car there last year, and just got my new car from there. Starting from when I called Marquis letting him know that I was looking for a new car, the first thing he asked was “are you okay?” I let him know about the accident and the injuries I and my niece sustained and he was so compassionate the entire time. He didn’t rush me; he just told me to let him know when I was ready to come in and take a look at my options Car shopping this time was a lot harder on me, as I was dealing with the after effects from my car crash; extremely sore and easily overwhelmed from the concussion sustained in the crash. I initially went a few days prior but was in so much pain and got so confused and frustrated from how I was feeling that I left in tears. Marquis, who sold me my last car and my sister hers, was patient and understanding; he calmly explained my options, with what I told him I wanted. He was honest about explaining that what I said I wanted was not feasible with my stated price point, and encouraged me to consider what was more important to me before making a decision. He called to follow up with me 2 days in a row afterwards, and although I’m sure he wanted the sale, he led with humanity, asking if I was feeling better and then how he could help. After resting and taking the time to really examine my options, keeping what he said in mind and talking to a friend, I was able to decide that the car for me was, in fact, the one I test drove that day I left in tears. I started the process online, in order to mitigate any time needed at the dealership, and communicated with Marquis via call and text. When I explained that I couldn’t spend a lot of time there and that I had pressing work meetings, he offered me an empty office to use while they finalized paperwork. When everything was ready to go, it was a seamless process, with first Marquis going over paperwork, then Kendel reviewing financing with me. While I HATE car buying and how tedious the process can be, I repeatedly return to this particular dealership because I know I’m not just another potential customer. When I walk in the door, they know me by name and I’m met with a hug from those that have been there since the day I bought the first car from them 4 years ago.

I had an issue regarding a warranty claim and the dealership manager, Anthony, was very helpful and took care of it for me! Matthew was also super helpful! Although they are always busy, they have outstanding customer service!

Very nice, professional rep that took excellent care of me. Bryant (I think) washed my truck, without my asking! He even vaccuumed the inside personally! Great service.

I appreciate the salesperson who was very courteous. However, I'm still concerned about the vehicle's engine which was not accelerating. I was under the impression that it would be replaced. Instead, a knock rod was installed. My young Granddaughter drives it and I pray that there are no other engine issues!

As usual Henry took care of my request. I had a very slow leak in tire since last visit & asked that they thoroughly check it & they found the tinny culprit imbedded in center of tire & able to patch, thankfully. All other necessary services were taken care of as well.
