Great customer service. Only got oil change and windshield wipers but had to wait 1 1/2 hours. If you have an appointment that is unacceptable.

I always enjoy my visits to Nalley Hyundai in Lithonia, GA. From the time that I pull in to the service department until I exit back to my vehicle when all of my service needs are met. They have a superb team all around. I make it my business to talk and speak to people in different departments at Nalley Hyundai. I walked in to get an oil change on my 2020 Sonata and drove off in a 2023 Sonata NLINE and I'm loving every bit of it! Financing got me a little upset but other than that it was a fantastic experience as always.

Joseph Reid and tech Hunter came to my rescue after being stranded at Covington exit 92, they immediately set out to find problem, had just got gas at exit 92, bad gas, both were indeed gentlemen, Joseph checked on me after I was back on road to see if I was ok 5+++
