Pretty easy process. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a remedy for my recall but everything else was taken care of. Will definitely return.

Joseph and Brent were both friendly but professional and delivered great customer service. Also had great communication on keeping us updated as to status of vehicle. We are very satisfied with service and will be bringing out vehicle here from now on.

The experience was good overall. My initial offer from Nalley was considerably higher than expected given the advertised Hyundai deal of $3,999 down with $279/mo for 24 months (I think it was $5k down, and roughly $380/mo). After coming back with a better offer, Nalley did beat the rival dealer's proposal. Having negotiated the economics largely beforehand, i was a bit surprised that the deal took 4 hours to complete upon arriving at the dealership.
