I'm glad that Hyundai replaced the engine under warranty for us. Only problem I had was that a loaner vehicle wasn't provided at all. I was "on the list" but no one ever contacted me so I had to rent a car for a month which I would never have done had I known I wasn't going to get a loaner. I could have just bought a clunker and then sold it but instead I wasted over $2000 on rentals. Just be honest and say "sir, you won't be getting a loaner vehicle" and I would be fine with that as it would let me plan accordingly instead of just making me feel like any day now we'll get a call from Hyundai about a loaner that never comes.

I had misplaced one of the key fobs to my car, so I came to ask what it would take to replace it. Briant was very helpful in giving me the information I needed and how long it would take for the replacement to arrive.It just happened that while I was waiting, I actually found the original fob. I called to let Briant know this and to ask if a cancellation of the order for my new fob was possible. He said he would cancel it for me. I am very appreciative of the kindness and help Briant and all the people of Nalley Hyundai have shown me.I highly recommend this dealership.
