Amish, my salesman was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The sales manager even stepped in and offered me other options at their other two nearby lots. The finance manager, Kendel was personable and knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth. I definitely recommend shopping here.

Service was fast for the first oil change but the technician didn’t reset the oil change light and it just came on. What is the process of this since this is a new vehicle

I brought my car in for service after owning it for 6 months. I was told that the former owner brought the Kona in for routine service and ended up trading the Kona . I was told that I have a serious Axle problem and I'm convinced this is the reason the former owner traded the vehicle. This should have been repaired before selling it to me. Now I'm stuck with this dangerous issue . It's very unfair and shows poor business. I love my Kona but I don't like Nally's dishonesty!!!!
