Wait time was 3 hours for oil change but service rep Mathew was great about checking on me

Would be nice to have a better estimate of time needed for the required maintenance service, including recall services.

I needed a ride to the dealership. My salesperson came and picked me up, which was so helpful and allowed me to purchase the car that day. I did not like the price difference that was given to me prior to coming to the dealership compared to the price I was given once I got into the showroom. I felt as if I was being taken advantage of.

It was a pleasant experience.

I arrived at 7 am my scheduled appointment time. There was a line, but the doors hadn't been open. It took a while to be checked in some drivers left. Pick up was a little long although I received notification that it was ready. The military discount was helpful on the repair cost.

The service level is good.The only negative is every visit is two hours plus regardless of the work being done. I don’t understand an oil change and tire rotation taking over two hours.
