I have been looking at the Limited Santa Cruz for over a year. I live in VA but I am from GA. I ended up selling my car to someone in GA and my husband found the Limited Santa Cruz in the color I wanted on your website. I talked with your online Chat (very responsive) but they told me I needed to purchase the car online to hold it. Then I called the Dealership and talked with Amish Cline who was super helpful but also said to hold the car until arrived would mean I need to purchase it online. My husband did not want me purchase it online because there are always questions he wanted answered face to face once we saw the car and test drove it. A couple of days before I was to arrive on Sept 23rd, I got a call from the GM, Anthony. He said that he would be happy to hold the car for me and when I arrived, they had a tag hanging on the window saying "Sorry, this vehicle has been sold to Joy Gardner" That made me very happy. Amish took us for a Test Drive and explained all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and was very thoughtful of our time in getting all the paperwork completed when we returned to the dealership however when they ran my credit there was a Freeze on my Equifax account. I don't have a personal Equifax account set up so we spent the better part of TWO HOURS trying to get through to someone - their "System was down". When I called them, it said to go online to reach a representative and when I went online it said their System was down and I should call their 888 number. It was a horrible and stressful time for me, but Amish was so calm and pleasant and kept reassuring me that they could get this figured out and I would be able to purchase my car that day. This was VERY good thing because I would not have had a car to drive back home to Virginia if we didn't get it figured out! The finance manager called in a favor and was able to get through to someone that could vouch for my credit using the other credit agencies and after 4 hours at the dealership, I drove away in my new Hyundai Santa Cruz! I have been contacted by Anthony and Amish since my purchase to check on me and see how I am liking my vehicle and they were just wonderful all around!! Thank you for making, what could have been an awful situation, very pleasant.
