Came is for routine maintenance but had to do cabin filter and AC servicing as well due to a moldy smell coming from the AC vents. The rep also pointed out i needed to complete other manufacturer servicing for tire and balancing and front end alignment. The process was completed in the time frame the rep presented.

Everything went well. It was a little lengthy- over 3 hours. It was also noisy in the waiting area… mostly from another customer with her phone on speaker phone for over an hour.
