Brent is always a great advisor when it comes to taking care of my vehicles. But the shop itself is questionable with having me come back because the technician doing the AC did not want to complete the diagnostic as it was going to be a N/C to the service department. My time is precious and coming back when it could have been done while I was at the dealership is unacceptable.
