Everything was fine except it appears nobody started work on my car until 1150am -- when I had a 10am appointment. What's the point of the appointment if you guys don't start work quickly?Secondly, I rode my bike on the Arabia Mountain PATH while I was waiting (so I wasn't THAT unhappy about the wait, lol). It'd be nice if you had a bike rack so I could've parked my bike afterwards while waiting inside the dealership. Your proximity to the bike trail could be a real selling point for your dealerships with the bike community!
