I took my vehicle in for a recall and they told me 3 hours and 3 hours later... they called me to pick it up.

I'm still waiting for the Serpentine belt to be installed. Please call me when that part comes in

Very excited service.

I brought my vehicle in for the 60,000 miles service early in the morning. I knew it would be at least a 2 to 3 hour wait for it to be completed. So patience was already there. However, Mr. Blake offered me the opportunity for a ride to the mall in case I wanted food while waiting. While I didn't take it, the thought was very much appreciated. He informed me about findings completing the service. Informed me that even if I didn't want to do those now, what I could do the try and expedite and that was much appreciated. Also, unexpectedly, upon being handed keys back, he informed me that my car had been washed. He didn't have to do that at all, but he went above and beyond. It was noticed and very much appreciated.
