Walked in service dept. because engine light was on and the moment I walked in Brent was quick to assist. They had other customers ahead of me but the wait wasn’t too long.

I had a 10 AM appointment. Service took 3 1/2 hours for a software update. Nobody gave me any indication of how long the wait would be. I asked at check in for whatever regular interval maintenance was due as well since the srrvice required indicator was on when I start the car, check in person said they would check that out. Nothing was done, my dash still shows "service required -685 miles" when I start the car. Your check in person and the service manager Matthew were both very friendly, otherwise I would have given a 1 star rating
