COOL AND PROFESSIONAL BUT THE WAIT TIME WAS RIDICULOUS! 3 AND HALF HOURS FOR A OIL CHANGE AND IT WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE A HOUR AND 45 MINUTES OR LESS

He was amazing,Roy Owens the second helped us greatly and I would highly recommend him. He’s very knowledgeable of and has a way with words and always makes you feel like you’re a close friend when you have a conversation with him. He deserves a 10 out of 10 and if 11 out of 10 was possible you should give him that too!

It definitely took longer than I expected but we really liked our sales person.
