This is my second time purchasing from Nalley and I just say “second time’s a charm.” I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Trevaughn “Tony” Thomas and Mr. Sean (Unc). I call Mr. Sean, Unc, because of how he uninstalled/installed my toddler son’s car seat. He actually pushed the influence of purchasing a newer vehicle for lower APR. Mr. Thomas did offer it, but i thought it was just for a sale and not for my financial well being. Let me be the first to say, I thought wrong. His sales approach was straight forward and not pushy. His professionalism extended further to ensuring my rental was returned to Enterprise because I was in an accident which caused me to have to purchase a new car. My only issue is the warranty that comes with newer vehicle. I believe because I didn’t finance through them is why I had to pay for it to be added but I declined because I felt most new purchases already come with that warranty. Other than that minor mishap, I left satisfied with my purchase and the service received. A way better experience than the first one.
