Roy Owens II helped my husband and myself getting into a new car. He was extremely helpful and professional. Very kind and got us in and out as quick and efficient as possible. This was the best experience we have had at a dealership by far.

Experience was overall good. It took a very long time and I noticed my car was done for about 20mins before I was actually told it was ready. I had to go to the customer service rep and ask for it. The keys were sitting on the desk right in front of them. Other than that, good experience.
