My experience with Roy was amazing and forever one to remember.For one it was my first time buying a car not only was he patient and kind he walked me through everything since I came by myself and was a first time buyer.He made me feel very secure in my purchase.Not one time during my transaction did I feel pressured.If anything his positive energy is what keep me going.I would recommend Roy hundred percent just off his spirit and honesty as a man beyond his job.

Code on airbag light “a marker” - light went off as rep approached car! It’d been on for 3 days! So no Rez on that issue. But did go ahead n get front breaks done. Rep was great.

Justin is extremely phenomenal! His thorough communication, jovial, demeanor, and professionalism exceed most every experience I’ve had in my adult life. I drove into the dealership where Justin greeted me. Where he excels is his ability to manage customer communication, and customer expectations. He let me know what my options with be to fix my car and gave me an accuracy estimate/average time frame that o would have to wait. Because he took the extra step to communicate the timeframe I was able to reschedule my morning/afternoon appointments. That may not seem like a big deal but it’s the small things that matter so tremendously. I will continue to go to this dealership, despite the fact that the one I purchased my car from is actually closer to my house. I would rather drive all the way to Stonecrest to get excellent service, and excellent results then to go anywhere else and settle for the service I have so frequently received. Justin, thank you so much for your consistency as I have never been disappointed when you are there!

It took 5-10 mins to receive assistance after I arrived. I pulled into service lane, then was asked to move my car. It seemed disorganized and staff were not attentive. It appears to be a very busy location and there were not enough service technicians assisting customers. Many of them were on the phone. After I finally got checked in, things were fine.
