It was good service. However, when I arrived at the service area I sat in my car for approximately 5 minutes with no communication. I had to go in and ask what I should do. At that moment a gentleman told me to pull in.

Helpful but slow start

Wow! Where do I start??? From the initial phone call to inquire about the Palisade Calligraphy Trim (Speaking with Amish Tarcisius Cline) my experience was Phenomenal! Amish was very professional, informative, knowledgeable, Courteous and Patient with us during our buying process. He sat on the phone with me and guided me thru my online purchase to secure my selection. I’d been looking for over 3 mos and trying to decide. Amish sent videos and pics to aid in my selection and my husband and I drove 130 miles on Saturday morning to complete our transaction for our Beautiful Palisade!Miguel in Finance was Amazing as well and went over everything very thoroughly and answered our questions! We are completely satisfied and our family loves our new ride! This is our second purchase from Nalley (Infiniti) in 4 years and the customer service, prices and selections have been great and are unmatched! We will always look here first!
