I will rate a 3.5. I came in for a recall on my vehicle. I waited at the dealership. Five hours later I went to look for my car and found it in line with the cars that were completed for service. No one said anything to me. We did find where someone else’s phone number was on my paperwork though

Wait time was not long at all! When I had questions I was able to get them answered and the answer was very detailed to the point where I understood! Henry was nice enough to get my car out of the tight space once the car was ready! Enjoyed my experience would definitely recommend!
