I went to the Nalley Hyundai dealership in Lithonia, Ga and had the best experience. Throughout my process Agent Marquis Williams made me feel comfortable in my car journey. He gave me the rundown on what each vehicle has to offer and suggest what would be best for my need and my commute to work. He also kept in touch with me throughout my process and to answer any if my questions. When it was time to purchase he was away due to a promotion!!! However, he placed me in the best hands with Sharde Murray! She was amazing with an inviting personality. She was already filled in on my journey and wanted to make sure the same level of comfort and confidence as I did with Marquis Williams. Sharde did a test drive and a walk-through with me and shortly after she was handing over the keys. These two didn't make me feel the stress of purchasing a new vehicle. They made it feel like a walk in the park! Thank you guys for making my “first car” experience amazing!!!

Your service people are exceptional. I waited 31/2 hours for an oil change and service that I had an appointment to have it done.
