I dropped my car off at 8am and thought I was checked in. After 2 hours I went to check in the progress of the service only to find out that something was wrong with the tablet and I actually was not checked in at all. After speaking with the manager Stephen he checked me in and put a rush on the service on my car and comped the service. Thank you Stephen for turning a bad situation around. Great customer service
