Row Owens walked up and introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. I told him and we found the vehicle I wanted. He provided all the information which help me choose the vehicle. He also worked with me on financing which helped me make a decision. It was a pleasure to buy from Roy at Nalley Hyundai.

I received very good service. The office staff were quite friendly and professional. I suggest that a policy be considered for informing the customer whenever the job is to extended much longer beyond the initial time estimate.

Henry Blake was very helpful , he also help me understand what my car needed in future and also a more in-depth explanation of the service my car received on Tuesday.
