Nalley Stonecrest Hyundai has given me nothing but excellent service and experience. Justin is amazing, along with his communication skills. This is only place I trust for car to go and get serviced. And everyone in the service department is very helpful but Justin is my favorite! Thank you Nalley Hyundai service department, your team is doing great job !

I thought the customer service was excellent and appreciate them completing the necessary service of the oil change and tire rotation. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it took about 2 hours to complete. I know it was on a Saturday but I feel like that was a little long for a tire rotation and oil change.

Only thing that would make it better is to get faster service for basic service. Almost 3 hrs is a long time.
