I had a great car-buying experience at this location. I called four different dealerships in a 150-mile radius and Nalley were the only ones that had the 2023 Hyundai Venue available. My car salesman (Marcus) was very professional, provided great customer service, and most importantly listened to what I wanted and provided his expertise in my decision making in buying the best car for me. Thank you to all the team members as well for making me feel welcomed and providing a great experience. Come here if you want truthful and honest car salesmen.

Our experience was great! Everyone was polite, respectful, and responded to every question we had without pressing us to choose quickly. I enjoyed our sales rep and the manager they were knowledgeable and helpful.

I took my car to Nelly Hyundai because of an oil leak and check engine light was on they fixed the oil leak and the check engine light were off I've had my car out of the shop for exactly one week and the check engine light is back on I paid them $500 to fix the oil leak and they said that I had some more problems that they wanted to charge me $900 to diagnose I asked him what's the diagnostic charges included and having the car repair they told me no I live on a fixed income and for them to want to charge me $900 to diagnose something and then an additional charge to fix it it's just too much My car is 13 years old and I just feel like they ripped me off because they just about the dollar bill and they kept my car about 2 weeks just to do that and they were very rude and short with me when I call to inquire about why they were taking so long they do not have good customer service skills including the operators that run the phone so I am not satisfied with them at all in more than one way and I think they a rip off and try to get over on people
