The one thing that I recommend is to be honest with the customer about the wait time. Let us know if we should arrange to come back or wait making it our choice instead of thinking the service will be finished sooner than later. Just be honest!

Making an appointment was easy, service was timely, based on appointment, and appointment time was met. During service, I received multiple text updating me on what was being done to my vehicle, and I received a call asking about my satisfaction and answering any questions and concerns.
